Who you are:
As Senior Investment Solutions Sales, you are a senior commercial “hunter” responsible for acquiring new B2B clients and driving multi-product adoption across GenTwo’s offerings. You combine deep market credibility with disciplined execution and are comfortable owning complex, high-trust sales processes.
This role is for someone who can open doors, create conviction with senior stakeholders, and close deals – without hiding behind complexity or internal dependencies.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
New Business & Commercial Execution – Platform-aware selling mindset
- Win new client relationships in Switzerland and internationally through structured prospecting, senior-level conversations, and disciplined qualification.
- Lead complex sales processes end-to-end: discovery, solution design, internal alignment, negotiation, and closing within defined commercial boundaries.
- Position GenTwo’s investment solutions across asset classes and structures, translating client needs into scalable, repeatable offerings.
Client Activation & Expansion – Scalability
- Ensure clean client onboarding pre-handover by setting clear expectations, aligning internal stakeholders, and driving early product activation.
- Increase revenue per client through cross-sell and multi-product adoption while respecting ownership models and handovers.
Sales Discipline & Market Feedback – Data- and AI-supported
- Own a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and “push-button” CRM hygiene, leveraging CRM data, pipeline insights and AI-supported tools.
- Actively feed market insights back into sales plays, GTM execution, and offering development.
What Success Looks Like (12–18 Months)- You manage a predictable, high-quality pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- You have closed multiple new clients and driven meaningful product adoption.
- You are trusted internally as a senior commercial sparring partner.
- You operate independently, reliably, and with strong judgement.
