1. Own & Scale High-Performance Channel Infrastructure
You build and maintain a robust acquisition engine across all digital channels.
You will:
- Own SEO and GEO strategy, including technical hygiene, keyword architecture, and search visibility across GenTwo’s business lines.
- Own paid channel infrastructure (Google, LinkedIn, retargeting and emerging channels) including targeting logic, bidding strategy, and account structure.
- Maintain tracking integrity across campaigns, attribution inputs, and UTMs in collaboration with CRM & Data Insights.
- Ensure consistent channel governance and hygiene standards across campaigns.
2. Drive Channel Performance & Demand Capture
You continuously improve the efficiency and conversion of our acquisition channels.
You will:
- Optimize acquisition performance on key pages and conversion paths.
- Continuously improve paid campaign efficiency and lead quality.
- Own retargeting strategies across the lifecycle funnel (Visitor → Lead → Opportunity → Client).
- Translate campaign briefs into scalable channel execution.
3. Experiment and Iterate
You operate with a strong experimentation mindset.
You will:
- Run structured tests and experiments across ads, landing pages, and key website assets.
- Test new acquisition channels, formats, and growth tactics.
- Apply AI-supported experimentation and “vibe marketing” approaches where relevant.
- Systematically apply learnings across the GenTwo marketing flywheel.
4. Provide Channel Intelligence & Insights
You create transparency around channel performance and growth opportunities.
You will:
- Deliver clear channel reporting and performance insights into campaign readouts.
- Separate channel efficiency metrics from campaign performance metrics.
- Identify optimization opportunities and scaling bottlenecks.
- Feed SEO, paid and audience insights back into Campaign, Content and Sales Enablement.
5. Build Reusable Growth Systems
You help build the channel infrastructure that powers GenTwo’s marketing engine.
You will:
- Develop standardized templates for channel activation.
- Ensure naming conventions, targeting logic and reporting structures are scalable.
- Document best practices and channel playbooks.
- Continuously integrate AI-driven tools and automation into the channel stack.
What Success Looks Like
After 6–12 months:
- You have built and refined our scalable acquisition infrastructure across all business lines.
- Organic search visibility and inbound demand have significantly increased.
- Paid channels deliver higher-quality opportunities at improved efficiency.
- Channel-level conversion rates have improved quarter-over-quarter.
- Campaign launches are faster thanks to standardized templates and playbooks.
- Channel reporting provides clear insights used in weekly growth and campaign reviews.
