Who you are:
Ready to lead and grow one of GenTwo's core business lines? As Senior Business Owner for Investment Solutions, you hold the P&L, set the direction and turn big ideas into real commercial results. If you bring 10+ years in structured products, securitization, or financial engineering and have an entrepreneurial spirit, this is your seat at the table.
Your tasks & responsibilities:
Commercial Growth & Client Leadership (50% of your time)
- You own the Investment Solutions P&L and drive revenue, growth, and profitability.
- You build lasting client and partner relationships and craft go-to-market strategies and commercial models that win.
- You track performance, act on insights, and keep pushing results further.
- You set the vision, spot new products, markets, and opportunities, and make sure it all ties back to GenTwo's platform strategy.
- You design investment solutions that actually fit what asset managers, banks, and professional investors need.
- You translate client demand into actionable products efficiently.
- You move things forward across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Business Development.
- You build and mentor a team that grows with the business.
- You set clear processes, define performance metrics, and drive accountability for the business line.
What you bring:
- You bring 10+ years in experience in structured products, financial engineering, Securitization SPVs, investment product development, or related capital markets roles.
- You have owned a P&L and have the results to prove it.
- You understand investment products, issuance processes, and what investors need.
- You turn ambiguity into structure, converting ideas into processes and market-ready solutions.
- You lead with vision, build with purpose, and earn senior client trust naturally.
- Fluent in English; German is a welcome bonus.
