Who you are:

As Senior Investment Solutions Sales, you don't wait for leads, you create them. You acquire new B2B clients by opening doors with senior stakeholders, building conviction, and closing complex deals across GenTwo's product suite. If you thrive on trust, credibility, and turning ambiguity into signed mandates, we should talk!

Your tasks & responsibilities:

New business & commercial execution – Platform-aware selling mindset 

  • Win new clients in the UK and internationally. You know how to prospect, qualify, and get in front of the right people.  
  • Own the full deal cycle from first conversation to close, looping in support where it adds value.  
  • Turn client needs into concrete solutions across GenTwo's range of investment products and structures. 

Client activation & expansion – Scalability 

  • Drive early product activation by setting clear expectations and aligning internal handovers. 
  • Grow revenue per client by identifying natural cross-sell opportunities and expanding product adoption over time.
Sales discipline & market feedback – Data- and AI-supported
  • Own a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and rigorous CRM hygiene, supported by data and AI-powered tools. 
  • Actively feed market insights back into sales plays, GTM strategy, and offering development.

What you bring:

  • 10+ years in financial services, structured products, securitisation/SPVs, capital markets, asset management, banking, or adjacent institutional B2B. 
  • A strong existing network across banks, asset managers, wealth managers, family offices, or crypto/institutional players. 
  • A proven track record of winning new B2B clients in complex, trust-based sales. 
  • Commercial sharpness: you explain complex topics with clarity, own your pipeline, and manage follow-ups and CRM with discipline. 
  • Fluency in English; German or French a strong plus. 
  • UK work permit required.
This role is not for you if: 
  • You are looking for short, transactional sales cycles.  
  • You rely heavily on inbound leads or marketing-driven deal flow. 
  • You prefer account administration over new business acquisition.
