As Senior Business Solutions Sales, you are the commercial "hunter" for GenTwo's institutional partnership business. Your mandate: win banks, brokers, custodians, and technology platforms as partners, help them build scalable AMC and issuance businesses on GenTwo's infrastructure, and make those partnerships commercially real from day one.

This is complex B2B selling with stakeholders across front office, product, IT, legal, compliance, and executive management. You open doors at the institutional level, build conviction with senior decision-makers, and own the sales process from first conversation to signature.

New Client Acquisition & Commercial Execution 

• Win new institutional clients in Switzerland and internationally - banks, brokers, custodians, product-creation and multi-issuer platforms, and wealth-tech providers - through structured prospecting and senior-level conversations.
• Own complex B2B sales processes end-to-end, from discovery and qualification through solution design, negotiation, and close.
• Translate GenTwo's offering into the client's commercial logic: new fee income, broader market reach, no balance sheet impact.
• Qualify rigorously - spot which institutions can realistically activate, and say no early to those that can't.

Client Activation & Expansion  

• Drive clients from signature to their first issued product, aligning both sides on scope, responsibilities, and go-to-market.
• Build traction with clients' sales, product, and marketing teams, creating joint pipelines and a repeatable issuance motion.
• Expand client relationships over time across additional products, asset classes, booking centers, and markets.

 Sales Discipline & Market Feedback

• Run a high-quality pipeline with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM management, supported by AI tools.
• Bring market insights back into our sales plays, GTM execution, and offering development.

• 10+ years in financial services - structured products, securitisation/SPVs, capital markets, custody, brokerage, or platform businesses - with a track record of winning institutional B2B partnerships in complex sales cycles. 
• An established senior-level network across banks, brokers, custodians, or product-creation platforms.
• A solid understanding of how financial institutions operate commercially (fee income, margins, balance sheet, capital), and the ability to explain off-balance-sheet issuance clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Commercial maturity: disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, ownership of outcomes, and confidence operating in ambiguity.
• Fluent in English; German and/or Spanish a strong plus.
• Swiss work permit or EU/EFTA citizenship required.
